When it comes to a specific weight gain plan there are many to choose from. It is very important that you choose the plan that is productive for you. This is a huge reason why it is so important that when you first start out that you are following a program that was designed by a former "hard gainer" themselves. It just makes sense that if you want to do something, the best way to do that is by following in the foot steps of those that have been there before you. At least this way you have proof that the person was once skinny and made it the other side. This not only helps you achieve results faster, but it will also give you the confidence to make it happen.
