Gain Weight in 2011 - 3-Step Weight Gain Program to Finally Get the Right Curves in the Right Places

Are you tired of being too skinny? Are you tired of people telling you to eat more? Do you finally want to get the right curves to get a hot looking body? If so you've come to the right place. I know because most of my life I was seen as the person that couldn't gain any extra pounds. No matter what I did I couldn't pack on the pounds. Then one day I finally found a few things that will help anybody. I'd like to share 3 of them with you so you can finally get the body of your dreams.

Step #1-

The first step is to follow a simple little formula. This formula is to make sure that you're eating enough calories to gain weight. You need to multiply the number of pounds you weigh by 20. The result of this equation will give you the amount of calories you need to gain weight. Most people think they're eating a lot but in reality they aren't. If you think you're eating a lot than try this formula to see if you really are.

Step #2-

The second step is to make sure that you aren't doing a lot of activities that will prevent you from gaining weight. Most people try and lose weight by staying active. So if you're being extremely active how can you gain weight? This doesn't mean that you need to be a couch potato. It just means that if you're busy and moving around a lot this might be the main reason you're not gain weight. Of course you can offset this by eating extra calories.

Step #3-

The last step is to keep a journal of what you're doing. It's important you write down exactly what you're eating and how many calories the food contains. By doing this you'll be able to see if you're eating the right amount (in accordance with step #1) to actually be gaining weight. Also keep track of measurements once per week. This way you can see if your body is making any progress and adjust things accordingly.
