Exercise to Reduce Tummy - Best Workouts Available Today

Here are some of the exercises to reduce tummy that you can try:
* First is the Reverse Crunches. This is done by lying on your back on the floor with feet flat on the ground. Bent your knees and slightly lift your hips, your head and your shoulders above the floor while your palms lay flat on the ground. Slowly crunch your lower body and lift it of the ground toward your head.
* Abdominal Scissors. This exercise to reduce tummy is done by lying your back on the floor with arms straight out over the head. Legs must be straight out at 45 degrees adjacent from the body. Lift your shoulders slightly and bring your arms forward toward your body while also lifting your legs and hips above the ground and toward your body therefore making your arms and legs cross.
* Alternating Abs Crunches. First do the first position just like on the Reverse Crunches wherein you lie on your back with feet flat on the ground and knees bended. Place your hands to the sides of your head then start to crunch your upper body slightly forward, lift your shoulders and point the elbow to the right knee. Do this for the opposite side also.
Aside from the workouts, there are many daily activities like sports that are proven to be effective in reducing tummy fats and they are also enjoyable to do such as swimming, running and jogging.
