3 Tips To Bulk Clean

If you are interested in a bulking program, but you do not want all of the excess body fat that goes along with it, then read on and find out some of the top tips that will help you do just that.

Have a goal. - Be sure you know what it is that you want to do. Do you want to bulk, or do you want to cut. For the most part you can not do both of them at the same time. This means that you have got to choose which one you are going to do.

Track your progress. - If you are not tracking your progress in a journal, then you are not going to know whether you are gaining at all, or you are gaining too fast, and you are gaining too much body fat. Weigh yourself everyday and keep track of what you are doing.

Eat enough calories to grow, but do not go overboard. - You will most likely gain some fat while you are bulking because you need an excess amount of calories in order to keep your muscles growing. This does not mean how ever that you should just eat everything in sight. The best approach is to eat enough calories to gain maximum muscle, but not gain a whole lot of fat. You will have to find out where that line is for yourself, because it is different for everyone.

Do not let bulking become something that bogs you down mentally. Follow these easy tips, and keep it simple.
