Is Shakeology by Beachbody worth the money? Well before I go ahead and tell you the answer to that, let me state the facts and i'll let you be the judge. Shakeology is a nutritional shake that can be used as a meal replacement drink that has over 70 ultra high-quality ingredients inside every glass. It was made to help you lose weight, build energy, and get healthy.
Now you know what it does, so lets start by a identifying a few of the ingredients. It contains carrots, broccoli, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, etc. So with over 70 ingredients, can you imagine what a trip to the grocery store would look like? How much money would you have to spend buying all these items? Also, consider the time it would take you to prepare these products to consume.
