You have decided to adopt a vegan diet and you won't give up on it. Start by getting some vegan cooking books and you will learn about all the different ingredients and the wide variety of vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds you can use in your cooking. With time you will learn that there is a huge selection of vegan dishes you can choose from, which tastes great and are cruelty free.
